H.E. Sohrab Ali Saffary

Sohrab Ali Safarry was born in Wardak in 1945. He attended the Technology Institute in Kabul. From 1961 to 1965 he worked at the Engineering Faculty of Kabul University. In 1982, he earned a Doctorate in Engineering and Construction from Godseng Polytechnique in Poland.
