بدین وسیله به اطلاع افغان های مقیم در کشورهای اروپای شمالی رسانیده می شود که سفارت جمهوری اسلامی افغانستان در اسلو به مناسبت شهادت جانگداز پروفیسور برهان الدین ربانی رییس جمهور اسبق افغانستان، رییس شورای صلح و رهبر معظم جهاد افغانستان مراسم فاتحه و دعا خوانی را در شهر اسلو برگزار می نماید.
از تمام هموطنان گرامی خواهش می گردد که در مراسم فاتحه خوانی شرکت نموده با دعا بر روح مرحومی روان ایشان را شاد گردانند.
