In some cases, the applicants will be asked to return on a specified day and time to pick up their certificate(s). At the request of applicants, where their re-appearance at the Embassy is not necessary, we can send their certificates and documents by mail, in which case the applicants will be required to present a registered, self-addressed return envelope or enclose the necessary payment (in form of bank a cheque) to cover postage cost.
