To the attention of passport applicants

This is to inform that the Consular Section of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in Oslo, Norway is installing a new passport system. Therefore, until the new system is installed and activated, the Consular Section of the Embassy will not be able to receive passport applications.

The installation of the new system is being followed with the Department of Consular Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Applicants will be informed through this webpage, once the new system is operational and passport section begins receiving applications.
