Assadullah Wafa awarded State Medal of Good Performance

Assadullah Wafa, the current Advisor Minister to the President on Tribal Affairs received on Saturday the State Medal of Ghazi Wazir Mohammad Akbar Khan during a formal ceremony in the Palace.


Wafa receives medal.jpgThe President awarded Mr. Wafa the high-value state medal in recognition of his untiring efforts at reviving peace and stability and pursuing a good administration during the times he served as governors for the provinces of Paktia, Kunar and Helmand.


President Karzai lauded the governor for his contributions and wished him success in his new career.
